Responsibilities
- Coordinate cybersecurity workstreams across engineering, operations, vulnerability management, data, tooling, and regional teams
- Maintain integrated project plans, priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action tracking
- Drive delivery governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, and status reporting for cybersecurity initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with IT, infrastructure, cloud, applications, site operations, procurement, legal, and compliance stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables are documented, owners are assigned, timelines are visible, and escalations are managed promptly
- Support executive-level reporting, steering committee updates, and operational readiness reviews
- Coordinate handoffs from project delivery into sustainable operational support models
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in cybersecurity or IT program/delivery management
- Experience with Cybersecurity program or delivery management; Global cybersecurity or IT infrastructure project delivery
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable delivery tools
- Experience with executive and operational status reporting; Risk, issue, dependency, and decision management
- Experience with vendor coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Data center, critical infrastructure, or global enterprise experience
- A passion for bringing order, visibility, and accountability to complex cybersecurity programs
- Ability to manage executive steering committee relationships and escalations
- An undying concern about keeping complex, multi-team programs on time and on track
- A willingness to work across time zones with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent delivery/program management certification (a plus)

Pay
Pay Range: $75 - $100 USD
