About the role
SAIC is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to support the Joint Staff (JS) by consolidating JS cybersecurity risk metrics, tracking compliance, and reporting to completion (e.g., Scorecard, FISMA, Cybersecurity Workforce). The role involves coordinating with various agencies within JS and external organizations (including DoW CIO, DISA, JSP) to meet compliance reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in bi-monthly DoW Pre-CISO meetings, advocate for JS designated CCA and CCMD equities, and attend regularly scheduled CCMD Cyber Scorecard Sync and other DoW Cyber Hardening/Hygiene Scorecard-related meetings.
- Review and consolidate JS and CCA Scorecard/FISMA/CSWF submissions, adjudicate non-compliance justifications, prepare government clients for non-compliant reporting, and deliver completed products prior to reporting deadlines.
- Utilize current DoW risk management and reporting tools (e.g., DCS, COAMS, CMRS, PPSM Registry, eMASS) and DoD CIO/CISO portals (NIPR and SIPR) as appropriate.
- Manage both classified and unclassified Continuous Monitoring Risk Scoring (CMRS) organizations for the JS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Cybersecurity workforce certification(s) at the IAM/IAT-II level (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
- Knowledge Management and strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with network operations and vulnerability management within the Risk Management Framework.
Pay
Target salary range: $80,001 – $120,000, based on experience and other factors.
