About the Role

Accenture Security is a world-leading provider of end-to-end cybersecurity services — from strategy and risk to digital identity, cyber defense, and response. As part of one of the world's largest professional services firms, our security practice combines deep domain expertise, global scale, and a strong internal network to help the world's most complex organizations prepare for, withstand, and recover from significant cyber events.

Our Cyber Resilience, Response, & Recovery (CRRR) practice is at the forefront of the incident response and readiness market across North America. We work with leading enterprises and institutions to build resilience through IR retainers, tabletop exercises, breach simulation, and recovery planning — and we complement Accenture's broader managed security capabilities, including MxDR and SOC services.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Own and manage the Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response sales pipeline across NA (US, Canada, and LATAM), with direct accountability for revenue targets and forecast accuracy

  • Manage the full opportunity lifecycle from qualification through close, ensuring appropriate resources are engaged at each stage
  • Utilize Accenture's internal sales platforms — MMP, MMS, and MME — to track opportunities, manage pipeline health, and provide timely reporting to practice leadership

Internal Networking & Opportunity Development

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Accenture Security MDs, account executives, industry leads, and alliance teams across NA to identify and co-develop sales opportunities
  • Engage regularly with Accenture's internal security community to stay current on portfolio developments, active pursuits, and areas where Readiness, Recovery & Response services can complement existing client engagements
  • Understand how Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response services support and extend Accenture's managed security offerings — including MxDR and related capabilities — and communicate that value clearly in client and internal conversations
  • Participate in internal practice forums, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions to represent the Readiness, Recovery & Response offering

Client Engagement

  • Develop and deliver clear, accurate proposals and presentations that align Accenture's Readiness, Recovery & Response capabilities to client risk priorities and business requirements
  • Work with delivery leads and subject matter experts to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable within agreed commercial parameters
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape across NA markets to appropriately position Accenture's offerings during pursuits

Market Coverage & Reporting

  • Maintain consistent coverage across the US, Canada, and LATAM markets, adapting approach to reflect regional differences in regulatory environment, client maturity, and buying behavior
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to practice leadership, escalating risks or resource needs in a timely manner
  • Support the development of NA go-to-market plans in coordination with practice and geographic leadership
