Responsibilities

  • Respond to congressional inquiries on Cybersecurity issues
  • Turn cybersecurity needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain a list of Cybersecurity Architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Analyze cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute meaningful input to Cybersecurity policies and influence the trajectory of ICAM, Zero Trust and other Cyber security areas in the IC
  • Develop and publish baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure capabilities are in compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for Security related issues
  • Firm understanding of the Cybersecurity requirements across the IC
  • Understanding of National Security Systems initiatives
  • Familiarity with the IC policy update process
  • Familiarity with DNI structure and processes
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to sit in technical exchange meetings and provide input to customers

Requirements

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Ability to commute daily to the site in Bethesda, Maryland
  • Requires BS degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in Cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above
  • Secure cloud architecture experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate
  • Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities
  • Familiarity with Identity, Authentication and Authorization
  • Experience partnering across the IC

Pay

Minimum Salary $185,000.00 — Maximum Salary $200,000.00
