Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

Architect and implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Develop and maintain security architecture documentation and standards, ensuring compliance with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001. Evaluate, deploy, and manage security technologies including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, DLP, DSPM, and Zero Trust. Lead complex incident response, forensic investigations, proactive threat hunting, and risk assessments. Collaborate with internal teams to embed security into infrastructure and workflows, developing and enforcing robust security policies. Implement and manage vulnerability assessment tools and processes, ensuring continuous security and compliance of systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding and experience with Operational Technology (OT), including ICS/SCADA systems, PLC networks, and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA).
• Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero trust architectures in OT environments.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are highly desirable.
• Proven technical leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
