About the role
The Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for embedding security into every layer of the War Data Platform by designing a comprehensive, defense-in-depth security architecture. This person will translate security requirements from the Risk Management Framework (RMF), STIGs, and SOC 1 controls into specific, implementable architectural patterns. They will own the design of the platform’s identity and access management (IAM) framework, network security zoning, data encryption strategies (at-rest and in-transit), and logging/monitoring architecture.
