Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

Aqueduct Technologies Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Managed Services – Cybersecurity team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule from our Canton, Massachusetts office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
• Monitor network activity for security threats
• Respond to security incidents and breaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity analysis
• Knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO)
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions
• Hands-on experience with incident response and forensics

Skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with vulnerability management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
