CyberArk IAM Engineer
What's the Job?
Provide operational support for enterprise IAM platforms, including CyberArk and custom applications.
Manage day-to-day IAM activities such as account provisioning, password resets, and access reviews.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure high availability.
Analyze, create, validate, and implement change requests following established processes.
Participate in on-call rotations to support critical IAM services and troubleshoot incidents promptly.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Identity & Access Management.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management platforms.
- Ability to manage change requests through full lifecycle (analysis, build, validation, implementation, closure).
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle processes, and operational security controls.
