Cyber Technical Analyst Senior

Overview

VTG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Technical Analyst Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have cyber expertise in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads by exploiting customer information.
• Conduct research and analysis using diverse data sources and systems to identify entities of interest and potential opportunities for further investigation or engagement.
• Maintain and enhance expertise in specialized areas related to information gathering and analysis, particularly in complex geographic and/or functional areas or issues.
• Monitor and analyze potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
• Establish partnerships, coordinate and deconflict complex projects, and collaborate across organization lines to accomplish mission objectives.
• Present relevant findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior organizational management.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years).
• Experience as part of a team that conceptualizes, initiates, develops, and manages strategic initiatives or projects.
• Experience developing analytical products or packages to support operational or strategic initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to support initiatives and activities.
• Familiarity with intelligence community processes and procedures related to sensitive information handling and dissemination.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and databases used to support data analysis and initiatives.
• Experience with intelligence gathering or investigative processes, particularly those involving legal or regulatory frameworks.
• Experience drafting and coordinating official correspondence or reports.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex mission ideas/concepts to audiences/stakeholders with varied technical and operational backgrounds.
• Experience analyzing and evaluating large datasets from diverse sources, including technical information, signals, and imagery.

• Understanding of NSA and FBI reporting processes and requirements.
• Experience with the cyber collection/exploitation mission.
• Strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of research.
