About the role
As a Cyber & Tech Risk Marketing Senior Manager, you will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and capture new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Conducting comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, confirming alignment with brand consistency and target audience engagement
- Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer relationships and enhance client interactions
- Developing content marketing strategies that effectively communicate the firm's value propositions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Applying analytical thinking to evaluate market trends and consumer behavior, informing strategic decision-making
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and drive business development
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
Qualifications
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrating advanced skills in digital marketing strategies
- Excelling in campaign performance analysis and market research
- Utilizing CRM software for enhanced customer relationship management
- Leading marketing initiatives with a focus on strategic messaging
- Developing communication strategies that drive business development
- Applying analytical thinking to optimize marketing operations
Pay
$91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
