This senior technical role provides systems-engineering leadership for complex Department of Defense cyber capabilities and integrated systems. You will shape and support operational test and evaluation activities spanning cybersecurity, interoperability, mission effectiveness, and operational suitability. The role operates at the intersection of cyber operations, systems engineering, acquisition, policy, and mission assurance. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to government stakeholders, assessment organizations, system developers, and operational teams. The position offers significant exposure to joint cyber systems, offensive and defensive capabilities, large-scale exercises, and systems-of-systems integration. Success requires strong technical judgment, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
