Cyber Systems Specialist
Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cyber Systems Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to support cyber training operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MUTC) and Camp Atterbury-Muscatatuck Training Center (AMTC).
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of cyber training events and exercises.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems.
- Install and support computer hardware, networking equipment, and electronic systems.
- Operate and maintain ICS/SCADA, IoT, RF, cellular, and camera systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in training environments.
- Cookordination with technical teams to ensure systems are operational and mission-ready.
- Maintain system documentation and equipment accountability.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and configuration management requirements.
- Provide technical support during training events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT Level I requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting computer, electronic, and cellular systems.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with ICS/SCADA, IoT, RF, camera systems, and computer hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Windows & Linux administration Hardware and network troubleshooting RF, cellular, IoT, and ICS/SCADA technologies Technical documentation Training environment support Communication and teamwork Problem-solving
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting DoD or military training environments.
- Familiarity with cyber ranges, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and operational technology (OT).
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, Linux+, or other DoD 8140-approved certifications.

Security Clearance Requirement
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
