About the role

At Northrop Grumman, our employees work on revolutionary systems that impact lives worldwide. Our pioneering spirit has driven technological advancements from the first transatlantic flight to stealth bombers and moon landings. We seek bold, innovative individuals to join our team and shape the future.

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a vital operational system enabling the U.S. President, Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders to plan, monitor, and control ballistic missile defense operations. C2BMC supports layered missile defense capabilities, optimizing responses to threats across all ranges and flight phases. It networks, integrates, and synchronizes autonomous sensor and weapon systems globally and regionally, serving as a force multiplier for missile defense.
