Cyber Security Training Program

Role Overview: This position focuses on delivering an intensive job training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, internship opportunities, and personalized mentorship. Responsibilities: Provide in-classroom training in areas such as Application Development, Banking, Business Operations, IT Support, Project Management, and Data Analysis.Assist participants in developing professional communication, networking, and resume-building skills.Support students through coaching, mentorship, and career guidance.Facilitate access to internships at leading organizations, supporting participants' transition into the workforce.Help students prepare for employment or further education, ensuring they meet the program's eligibility criteria. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED.Eligible to work in the U.S.Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.Availability to participate fully in the program.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Key Duties Deliver technical training, support internship placements, provide mentorship, and help participants develop career readiness skills to successfully launch their careers.
