About the role
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity solutions to protect company assets from cyber threats. Conducts security assessments, develops security policies, and responds to security incidents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure systems and networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Respond to and investigate security incidents
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
- CISSP certification preferred
- Experience with network security, encryption, and threat detection tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001
- Experience with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners
- Understanding of cloud security and compliance standards
- Experience with incident response and forensics
