Cyber Security - Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution for cybersecurity strategy engagements
• Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and progress
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with technical and business leadership
• Deliver assessment reports, risk analyses, and executive presentations
• Support security maturity assessments and custom security programs
• Contribute to proposal development with leadership guidance
• Collaborate with GRC and Security Engineering teams for comprehensive engagement support
• Identify business development opportunities within existing client relationships
• Review work of junior team members and aid in their development
• Participate in internal practice development and methodology creation
• Stay updated on the evolving cybersecurity landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a client-facing security role
• Hands-on experience with security assessments, risk advisory, or program development
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders
• Technical knowledge in security domains like cloud security or identity management (plus)
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA (preferred)

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
