Cyber Security Specialist IV

Responsibilities

• Developing DA/CDA lists, CDA assessments, and performing cyber security walkdowns.
• Conducting cyber security testing and presenting findings to the Cyber Security Assessment Team (CSAT).
• Assisting with planning, organizing, and preparing activities related to cyber security during modifications at nuclear power facilities.
• Developing specifications and/or modification packages, defining design scope, and developing design criteria documents.
• Selecting equipment and configuring and testing digital devices.
• Evaluating conditions and proposed modifications to improve plant performance, safety, and reliability.
• Leading and representing ZNE at CSATs and project team meetings involving cyber decisions and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering environment.
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts in the nuclear industry.
• 3 years of experience at a working nuclear plant with plant systems training specific to the site.
• Proficient in performing cyber documentation for critical digital assets.
• Capable of leading and representing ZNE at CSATs and project team meetings involving cyber decisions and deliverables.
• Has performed cyber security walkdowns during implementation phase of projects.
• Previously held a Cyber Security Specialist (CSS) qualification at a nuclear facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to pass security and drug screening and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access.
