Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the information security architecture.
- Maintain and create necessary documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant laws.
- Monitor and administer security mechanisms for access control and user account management.
- Test and implement technical security tools and controls as required.
- Conduct audits as needed to ensure compliance with published policies.
- Participate in system design reviews and product evaluations.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding data use and access.
- Provide training and consulting on information systems security concepts.
- Assist in audits of data use, access, and policy conformance.
- Manage systems related to Virtual Private Network (VPN), Radius, TACACS, firewalls, encryption methodologies, authentication schemes, wireless technologies, DNS, TCP/IP, routing and switching technologies, intrusion detection, identity management solutions, network directory systems, LDAP, AD, Linux administration, shell scripting, SPAM filtering solutions, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred.
- Three (3) years of IT Security experience required.
- Familiarity with Cloud and Security Technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Defender.

This position is a hybrid role; you must reside within a 60-mile radius of 7351 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or on an as-needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.
