About the Opportunity

We are serial entrepreneurs (e.g., Paul Müller, founder of Adjust with a €1.2B exit, and Petter Made, founder of SumUp with an €8B valuation) seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own €1B+ companies. We provide hands-on support to outlier personalities and serial founders.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Clean Energy
• Participate in a customised personal-development programme crafted by unicorn founders, focusing on goal, time, and energy management
• Leverage our network of 50,000+ professionals for hiring, and receive advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding
• Iterate your product until product-market-fit is achieved, with support in scaling sales and marketing

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
• Willing to take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues
• Excellent communication skills in English
