Cyber Security Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
• Lead and manage the delivery of cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Key player in the delivery of Stratascale cybersecurity offerings, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of technical consulting services.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Experience managing multiple projects with high complexity and visibility.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity practices and technologies like Identity & Access Management, Security operation center, GRC, EDR & MDR, network Security, etc.

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
