HybridInformation TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEOC statement, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About The Company: description of Wurth IT USA. - Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cyber Security Analyst at Wurth IT USA. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and networks. - Qualifications: list of qualifications (many bullet-like sentences). Should be under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have "About The Company" maybe map to "About the role"? Actually "About The Company" is about company, not role. But we have "Role Description". Could map to "About the role". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the company: could be placed under "About the role"? Might be better to have "About the role" includes role description and maybe company overview? But we have separate "About The Company". Could treat as "About the role" includes role description; company info maybe not needed? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. Could put under a heading "About the role" but that might be odd. Perhaps we create a section "About the Company" but not in allowed headings list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. So we must map content to those headings. If we have company info, maybe we put under "About the role" as a brief intro. Or we could omit? But must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. Could include as a paragraph under "About the role" before responsibilities. Responsibilities: The role description says ensuring security of info systems and networks. Also later in Additional Information: monitoring alerts, case investigation, threat hunting, file analysis, projects to improve capability, etc. Also mention 24/7 monitoring and incident response, frontline for attacks, etc. So we can extract responsibilities list. Requirements: maybe the qualifications list includes many items: experience with SIEM, incident response, log analysis, PCAP analysis, network fundamentals, threat actor approach, Windows/Linux, passion to learn, ability to work independently and remotely, foundational file analysis, basic cloud architecture, foundational scripting, ability to investigate alerts and document findings, appreciation of wider roles, bachelor's degree, certifications plus, CTF participation advantageous, visa restriction (cannot sponsor). Also location: Lake Forest, IL, onsite 3 days per week, no relocation assistance. Skills: maybe we can extract skills like SIEM, incident response, log analysis, PCAP, network fundamentals, threat actor tactics, Windows/Linux, file analysis, cloud, scripting, communication, teamwork. Pay: Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities, $75,000-$130,000 Base salary. Depending on experience. Experience Level 1 to 10 years. Bachelor's degree. Schedule: 8-hour shift, part of global team providing 24/7 monitoring, follow-the-sun model, shifts during local daytime office hours rather than overnight, standard schedule consists of five shifts per week, with scheduled weekend and public-holiday coverage possible. Benefits: list: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Medical insurance, Health savings account, Flexible spending account, Paid time off, Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance program. We need to remove duplicated lines: e.g., "Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, or related field." appears twice (in Qualifications and Compensation Package). We should keep only once? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate lines: we should not repeat them. So we need to deduplicate. Also "Experience Level 1 to 10 years of experience." appears in Compensation Package. Also "Bachelor’s degree..." appears again. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEOC statement, etc. Also remove "PLEASE NOTE: Currently, we cannot sponsor or transfer any international work visas..." That's substantive (visa restriction) - should keep. Also "Please note relocation assistance is not provided." Keep. Also "Additional Information" paragraph includes many responsibilities; we should incorporate. Now structure: We'll have sections:

    About the role

Wurth IT USA is a brand-new organization that is part of the global Wurth IT ecosystem of over 1,100 employees worldwide. Our cutting-edge IT solutions cater to the varied needs of the Wurth Group, continuously improved by our agility and inventiveness. Our innovative culture is built on transparency and trust, where each team member contributes to the development of fresh ideas. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cyber Security Analyst at Wurth IT USA. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and networks.

But we might split company description and role description. However "About the role" could include both. Next

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor security alerts and initiate investigations
    • Conduct end-to-end case investigations, threat hunting, and file analysis
    • Implement mitigations and document findings for peer and executive audiences
    • Participate in projects aimed at improving team capabilities
    • Provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response as part of a global follow‑the‑sun Security Operations team
    • Act as frontline for attacks against the company’s infrastructure
    • Collaborate with Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, and Purple Teaming functions
We need to ensure we captured all responsibilities from text: "monitoring alerts, starting to finish case investigation, threat hunting, file analysis, as well as getting involved in projects that aim to improve the capability of the team." Also "Your research and work will ensure stability, capacity, and resiliency of our services." Might be more generic. Also "As a member of the Security Operations team, you will fit into a global team providing 24/7 monitoring and Incident Response, acting as the frontline for attacks against our companies’ infrastructure." Also "As an analyst, your role will include monitoring alerts, starting to finish case investigation, threat hunting, file analysis, as well as getting involved in projects that aim to improve the capability of the team." Also "Working with the US based team, as well as technologists and innovators across our global network, your ability to identify threats, provide intelligent analysis and positive actions will stop threats and strengthen our data." So responsibilities include threat identification, analysis, positive actions. We'll include those. Next

    Requirements

Maybe combine qualifications and skills? But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = education/certifications; Skills = technical/soft skills. But we can allocate. We have many qualification statements: "In depth experience with leading SIEM technologies", "Experience or demonstrable knowledge in Incident response, log analysis and PCAP analysis", "Good level of knowledge in network fundamentals, for example, OSI Stack, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), SMTP", "Good level of understanding in the approach threat actors take to attacking a network, phishing, port scanning, web application attacks, DDoS, lateral movement.", "Knowledge in Windows and/or Linux operating systems, how to investigate them for signs of compromise.", "Passion to learn and to contribute to the ongoing development of the team.", "Ability to work independently and remotely", "Foundational understanding of file analysis; extracting indicators, providing a report, implementing mitigations", "Basic understanding of Cloud architecture and how an attacker can utilize these platforms.", "Foundational level of scripting knowledge is desirable.", "Ability to demonstrate the right approach to investigating alerts and/or indicators and document your findings in a manner that both peer and executive level colleagues can understand.", "Appreciation of the wider roles of interconnecting Cyber Security teams and collaboration with each of those (i.e. Forensics / Threat Intelligence / Penetration Testing / Vulnerability Management / “Purple Teaming” etc)", "Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, or related field", "Relevant industry certifications (such as GIAC, Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, etc.) are a plus", "Participation in CTF challenges and being an active member of the cyber security are also advantageous.", "PLEASE NOTE: Currently, we cannot sponsor or transfer any international work visas. We also cannot hire people with international student work visas. If you require any of these (H1, L1, F1, J1, OPT, etc) to work in the United States, please do not apply for this job.", "Location Wurth IT USA is conveniently located in Lake Forest, IL 60045. This position requires onsite work for 3 days per week. Please note relocation assistance is not provided." We need to avoid duplication: Bachelor's degree appears also in Compensation Package; we will include once under Requirements or Qualifications. We also have "Experience Level 1 to 10 years of experience." under Compensation Package. We need to decide sections: - Requirements: maybe the mandatory experience and skills (SIEM, incident response, etc.) plus ability to work independently, etc. - Qualifications: education (Bachelor's degree), certifications (plus), CTF participation advantageous. - Skills: maybe technical skills like network fundamentals, Windows/Linux, file analysis, cloud, scripting, threat actor understanding, etc. But there is overlap. However we must follow instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to create those sections if there is real specific content. We have content for each: - About the role: company + role description. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: maybe the core mandatory qualifications (experience with SIEM, incident response, etc.) plus ability to work independently, etc. - Qualifications: education, certifications, CTF participation. - Skills: maybe technical skills like network fundamentals, Windows/Linux, file analysis, cloud, scripting, threat actor understanding, etc. But many of those are also in Requirements. Could split: Requirements = experience and ability to work; Qualifications = education/certs; Skills = technical knowledge. We need to avoid duplication. Let's parse the qualification list and assign. List items: 1. In depth experience with leading SIEM technologies -> maybe Requirement (experience) 2. Experience or demonstrable knowledge in Incident response, log analysis and PCAP analysis -> Requirement 3. Good level of knowledge in network fundamentals, for example, OSI Stack, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), SMTP -> Skill 4. Good level of understanding in the approach threat actors take to attacking a network, phishing, port scanning, web application attacks, DDoS, lateral movement. -> Skill
