Cyber SDC - Operational Technology - Senior

About the role
In a rapidly changing OT environment, clients from all industries look to us for trusted solutions for their increasingly complex risks and vulnerabilities. As part of our Cybersecurity team, you’ll be at the heart of helping clients gain insight and context into their complex operational environments. You’ll assess, design, and build infrastructure, processes, and policies to meet client OT cybersecurity needs, using your technical and business skills to drive this mission and impact cybersecurity at a global level.
We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior professional to lead projects or elements of multiple client engagements, including service delivery, business development, and related activities. You’ll work alongside respected industry professionals, learning about and using the latest tools and techniques to identify and overcome some of the most relevant and pressing security issues in the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and guide the development of strategic and tactical security architecture efforts.
- Design and drive implementations to completion, functioning as a technical security leader for traditional solutions and evolving risk-based security architectures.
- Deliver solutions across segments such as O&G, P&U, Pharma, Manufacturing, BMS, Water/WW, Pulp and Paper, Mining, etc.
- Lead cross-segment, cross-competency teams and act as a client advocate with genuine experience in the OT/IoT market.
- Apply knowledge of good industry practice in tiered security architecture design.
- Work closely with the engagement manager to co-lead and own multiple parts of engagement delivery.
- Consistently deliver high-quality client services by driving work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
- Document reference architectures, network schematics, blueprints, patterns, and other architectural documentation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately three (3) years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately two (2) years of related work experience; or no degree and six or more (6+) years of related work experience.
- Operational industry experience in the field/plant.
- Working knowledge of NIST CSF and its application in OT environments.
- Experience performing OT Cybersecurity assessments utilizing industry-accepted standards.
- Firewall review experience and knowledge of industrial-centric protocols.
- General network security experience and working knowledge of whitelisting, AV, IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM, etc.
- Experience in process definition, workflow design, and/or process mapping.
- A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP).
- Program management experience.
- Intimate knowledge of a relevant OT Cyber Framework such as NIST 800-82 or ISA62443.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $104,800 to $192,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $125,800 to $218,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
