About the Role

Integrity ISR is seeking a qualified Cyber Range Engineer/Red Team Specialist to integrate with and support the existing STARCOM curriculum development teams. This role focuses on augmenting and enhancing training materials to ensure alignment with CYBERCOM 2.0 Joint Qualification Requirements (JQRs) and established 1000-level course goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with STARCOM curriculum development teams to refine, synchronize, and field the initial comprehensive training curriculum and assessment framework, ensuring full alignment with USCYBERCOM Work Role Standards and CYBERCOM 2.0 Joint Qualification Requirements (JQRs).
  • Deliverables include:
    • Network penetration testing
    • Range Development
    • Adversary emulation
  • Develop complex, multi-stage exercise scenarios.
  • Facilitate After-Action Reviews (AARs) to capture lessons learned, capability gaps, and individual performance metrics.
  • Other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in offensive/defensive cyber operations (including cyber range operations), with demonstrated experience in scenario creation, adversary emulation, or technical assessment design.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+).

Qualifications (Desired)

  • University bachelor’s degree in science or management.
  • 3+ years of formal instruction or curriculum/lesson development.
  • Familiarity with USSF/USAF training standards and instructional design.
  • Unit Cyber and Space Operations experience.

Schedule

This is an on-site position with a start date of 1 July 2026.
