Credence has an immediate need for a Cyber Professional Continuing Education Instructor who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Strategic Force Studies (AFIT/EX) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. AFIT/EX develops airmen, joint service members, and our international partners to prevail in current and future conflicts by providing relevant and responsive nuclear, space, and cyberspace Professional Continuing Education (PCE).

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, deliver, and administer Professional Continuing Education (PCE) to educate Department, Joint, and Service Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard officers, enlisted personnel, civilians, and contractors on tactical, strategic, and operational topics identified in the applicable school's qualifications/technical experience section.
- Interact with course sponsors, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructional systems designers to determine and support education needs, maintain course content, and instruct appropriately.
- Receive approval of all curriculum and pedagogy from AFIT course leadership; design curriculum and execute pedagogy to facilitate understanding and engagement in accordance with AFIT standards.
- Coordinate all assigned course offerings, document courses in accordance with Air Force, AETC, AU, and AFIT policies, and conduct post-offering assessments.
- Instruct students across multiple approved educational platforms, methods, and settings, including traditional in-residence/on-site classrooms, mobile/off-site education, and distance learning services, as required.
- Travel and instruct at different locations, both CONUS and OCONUS, as mission requires and as approved by the Government and directed by AFIT.
- Remain current and relevant in assigned subject matter and participate in developmental opportunities, including workshops, conferences, technical interchanges, or similar venues as approved by the Government on a case-by-case basis.
- Assist AFIT leadership, faculty, and staff with graduate-level research, including literature reviews, data collection, technical writing, instruction, and other duties as required.
- Develop cyberspace and supporting topic course curriculum in coordination with subject matter experts and Instructional System Developers.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access.
- Must perform security duties, as needed, including physical security and student escort.
- Must have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Must have previous experience working in cyberspace operations or a related discipline.
- Should have familiarity with Instructional Systems Design, particularly DoD curriculum development, training, and education methodologies.
- Must have knowledge of DAF weapon systems.
- Must have knowledge of DoD or DAF cybersecurity structure, policies, and guidance.
- Must have knowledge of DoD joint planning.
- Must have the ability to perform collegiate-level oral and written communication in a classroom environment.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is preferred.
