Cyber Operations Planner (Logistics, Senior Analyst)

About the role

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner (Logistics, Senior Analyst) to support the daily operations of the Naval Aviation Red Team (AIR‑RT) located at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team and customer organizations to shape upcoming cyber operations, develop plans for how the team will conduct them, ensure the team is meeting objectives during the operation, then be responsible for developing the after-action report that will be delivered to the customer after the operation is completed. This position requires an on-site schedule and is eligible for a compressed work schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on company or contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AIR‑RT operations staff, planners, operators, and analysts to design detailed plans for upcoming cyber operations, ensuring all activities align with mission objectives and customer expectations.
