Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Document current business processes and workflows based on stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, etc., identify improvement and optimization opportunities, and recommend changes and enhancements for future-state workflows.
- Project Documentation: Complete required documentation to requirements across project phases and categories. Complete specific recommended or optional documents as needed.
- Requirements Gathering: Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews, documenting requirements and user stories for in scope features, and analyze and prioritize requirements.
- Business Impact Analysis: Evaluate operational, financial, and process implications of proposed changes, identify risks and dependencies, and support data-driven decision making on business impacts.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather stakeholder and user feedback to assess solution effectiveness, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Data Analysis: As needed, analyze program health and performance data to identify trends and insights, create reports and dashboard using analyzed data, and validate data integrity and accuracy.
- Testing Support: Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by developing test scenarios, coordinating defect resolution, validating business requirements, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful solution deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred
- 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related role
- Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools; familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel or presentation/reporting tools and experience with PowerBI, SQL, Jira, or Visio preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and security operations, with a focus on cloud platforms

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $61,200 to $100,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $73,100 to $113,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
