About the role

The role of Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer in Darktrace's Professional Services organization involves deploying, integrating, and optimizing Darktrace technology across various environments (network, cloud, OT, and email) to protect clients from unknown threats. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with deployments, leading security infrastructure design and planning, managing customer support tickets, and maintaining communication with go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and integrate Darktrace technology into network, cloud, OT, and email environments
  • Lead and advise key customers on security infrastructure design and planning
  • Manage and proactively engage with customers to maintain healthy deployments
  • Maintain and enhance communication between sales, customer success, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical educational background or relevant work experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model
  • Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices
  • Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model
  • Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
  • Experience implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT)
  • Experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email)

Qualifications

$70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and location
