Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale projects in operational technology network engineering
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating complex security challenges
  • Drive innovative solutions that enhance security measures and operational effectiveness
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders
  • Guide exceptional teams to deliver impactful results
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team
  • Analyze and address security transformation needs for clients
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards and guidelines in cybersecurity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in OT/ICS environments
  • Master's Degree in Cybersecurity
  • SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+
  • Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE

  • The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
