About the role

As part of the Cybersecurity team, you are responsible for client engagements to design and implement secure network architectures, including Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, network segmentation, and OT security. As a Manager, you oversee teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exceptional standards. You guide the execution of security strategies that align with business objectives while driving innovation in network security practices, focusing on timely delivery and exceptional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure network architectures
  • Guide teams in executing security strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring
  • Assure the successful delivery of projects with rigorous standards
  • Drive innovation in network security practices
  • Oversee the configuration and security of enterprise-grade network technologies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and address their security needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in network security, cybersecurity engineering, or security consulting, including practical implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, and cloud security solutions

Qualifications

  • Designing and implementing modern network security architectures
  • Leading complex security projects from conception to completion
  • Mentoring and developing skilled cybersecurity teams
  • Communicating technical security concepts to executives and teams

  • Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same
  • Effectively mentor others
  • Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members
  • Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
