Cyber Data Protection/Sharepoint Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

• Supporting clients in defining and executing trust and safety, digital identity, and access integrity strategies
• Conducting current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Developing operating models, governance structures, process designs, and implementation roadmaps for digital products and online communications
• Creating executive-ready presentations, quantitative analyses, and recommendations to support client decision-making
• Cooking up workstream activities across client and Deloitte teams to drive delivery against project objectives, timelines, and milestones

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, risk, cybersecurity, trust and safety, digital identity, or transformation consulting
• Experience developing operating models, governance structures, process maps, or transformation roadmaps
• Experience creating executive presentations and quantitative analyses using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Experience facilitating client interviews, workshops, or requirements-gathering sessions
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Preferred: Experience in trust and safety, digital identity, access management, cybersecurity, platform operations, or fraud prevention
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar workflow/documentation tools
• Experience defining metrics, key risk indicators, or performance dashboards
• Experience supporting transformation in regulated environments
