About the role
As a Cyber Compliance Analyst within Aristocrat’s Global Information Security group, you will join the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team and play a key role in shaping our cybersecurity objectives. You will collaborate across the company and with external partners while supporting a security policy program and its exceptions process. The role focuses on promoting a security-first culture and leveraging innovative tools to protect global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to cyber compliance activities across global audits, including evidence collection, process improvement, and mentoring junior team members.
- Assist with SOC1, SOC2, and Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) audits across North and Latin America.
- Support the broader compliance group with ISO 27001, IT General Controls, Gaming Labs International (GLI), and PCI audits.
- Support third-party assessments and assist with cybersecurity policy creation and updates.
- Partner with the internal audit team to address audit findings and drive remediation efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve risks through structured risk management processes.
- Support the broader information security program by aligning with Aristocrat’s strategy and tracking critical metrics.
- Identify gaps in cybersecurity posture and recommend improvements to strengthen defenses.
- Contribute to building and advancing Aristocrat’s global cybersecurity strategy and key security initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in information security audit/compliance.
- Practical experience participating in and leading SOC 1, SOC 2, and MUSL audits.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and gaming industry standards (e.g., GLI-GSF, GLI-19, GLI-33) or U.S. gaming regulations (e.g., MUSL).
- Experience with AI and automation technologies to enhance GRC processes.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with comfort navigating an evolving cybersecurity landscape.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach in a global environment.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and/or CompTIA Security+

Pay
$104,951 – $175,500 per year (final offers based on experience, education, skills, location, and internal pay equity).
