Cyber Analyst - Mid (Malicious Cyber Actors) with Security Clearance

Full-time position at College Park, MD. No shift work required. Requires TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

About the role

Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments specific to the cyber domain. Provides analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-source intelligence analysis focused on cyber domain threats and developments
• Assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues related to cybersecurity
• Provide analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or cyber-focused intelligence analysis
• Knowledge of computer and IT infrastructure
• Understanding of adversary cyber actors and capabilities
• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and Combatant Command environment
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity, OR 7+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity in lieu of degree
• CompTIA+ certificate preferred but not required

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
• Experience with authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
