Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Monitor delivery routes and track progress in real time
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues and complaints
- Process delivery changes, cancellations, and updates
- Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
- Maintain accurate records and support daily operational needs
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Project a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, calm approach to problem resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or call-centre experience
