Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, calm approach to problem resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service or call-centre experience
