About the Role
Provide specialized perioperative care in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment as a PRN CVOR Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care before, during, and after surgeries, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
- Operate in a 6-room OR with hybrid capabilities, performing open-heart and thoracic surgeries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting with a 6-room operating room featuring hybrid capabilities.
Schedule
Flexible PRN shifts with predictable scheduling posted four weeks in advance, including on-call during non-business hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year CVOR nursing experience.
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Current RN licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred national certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical proficiency in cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries.
- Teamwork and communication.
- Adaptability in a high-pressure setting.
