Responsibilities

• Assist with surgeries and monitor patient condition
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team
• Maintain surgical equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Support bedside reports and address patient anxiety through clear explanations
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to physical or emotional changes in patients

Requirements

• Current Nevada RN license
• Minimum of one year of Operating Room (OR) experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
