If you're an experienced OR nurse looking to grow your career, this is a unique opportunity to join a team launching a brand-new cardiovascular surgery program from the ground up. Whether you already have CVOR experience or you're a strong circulating or scrub nurse looking to transition into cardiac surgery, you'll receive the training, mentorship, and support needed to succeed while continuing to work across a variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operating room, instruments, and specialized cardiovascular equipment.
- Scrub and/or circulate cardiovascular cases.
- Maintain a sterile environment while adhering to infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Monitor patients throughout the intraoperative phase and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, efficient surgical outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $13/hour standby pay while on call
- +$4/hour CV differential after orientation when working cardiac cases
- $1,000 certification bonus

Pay
$41.00-$60.89/hr
Schedule
Full-Time, 8-hour day shifts
Qualifications
Required:
- Active RN license
- Previous Operating Room experience (hospital, ambulatory surgery center, or outpatient surgery center)
Preferred:
- CVOR experience
- Experience scrubbing and/or circulating cardiac cases
Don't have CVOR experience? Strong OR nurses with a desire to learn cardiovascular surgery are encouraged to apply.
