Capitol View Construction is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their growing team. They offer a 4-day work week and are employee owned (ESOP). The electricians perform residential and light commercial service work, apartment renovations, occupied maintenance, and electrical upgrades throughout Central Pennsylvania. Role and Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work
• Complete electrical work for apartment renovations and occupied maintenance
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Install lighting, switches, receptacles, breakers, panels, and other electrical components
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform safe, code-compliant repairs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience
• Journeyman electrician preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a good driving record
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
• High School Diploma or GED
