• Guiding and empowering the nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
• Overseeing clinical operations and advocating for patient and team needs.
• Leading and mentoring Registered Nurses, driving professional development and achieving unit goals.
• Embodying accountability and confidence with superior communication skills.
• Navigating challenges to ensure individual performance and overall unit success.

Required

• Bachelor's of Nursing and Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a healthcare organization, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire.
