Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, mobilizing resources effectively.
• Manage two or more direct reports, overseeing operational and financial results for the area of responsibility.
• Handle people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to meet short-term challenges.
• Analyze diverse scope issues, evaluating various factors including concepts, theories, and principles across disciplines.
• Solve problems following operational policies, understanding the broader impact across the department.
• Act as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
• Interpret and administer policies, processes, and procedures affecting sections and subordinate work units.
• Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and budgets.
• Interact frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels, participating in meetings and presentations.
• Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures related to the production of Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
• Report and address any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints.
• Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions as required.

Qualifications

• BA degree or related work experience required in lieu of a degree.

Pay

$88,000.00 - $117,300.00
