About the role

RiteScreen is seeking a Saw Operator to join our team. With over 70 years of innovation and industry leadership, we are the largest independent manufacturer of window and patio door screens in North America. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, precision, and quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Manufacturing Orders to determine specs and material quantities.
• Cut and prep metal stock to exact lengths for assembly and shipment.
• Operate saws, machines, and hand tools to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
• Check completed pieces to ensure consistent quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Maintain equipment in top condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
• Work alongside team members to maintain production flow.
• Be part of our safety-first culture through active training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a commitment to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and handle materials throughout the day.
