Cut Up Line Worker - Belgravia (Days)

Cut up line employee responsibilities

Identify and sort various grades of product from the packaging lines and place into appropriate packaging that sufficiently meets quality and product specifications.

Upgrade product that does not meet quality standards through salvaging techniques and then place into suitable product codes.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hours) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Able to use small hand-held tools such as knives or scissors
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs. required
• Rotation into all positions on the cut-up line is required

Shift and Pay Information

Shift: 9:30am - 6pm + OT
Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm.
Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am
Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour
