Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new lithium battery technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test energy storage systems
• Contribute to research and development projects aimed at advancing sustainable transportation
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the electric vehicle and energy storage sectors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in battery technology or related fields
• Strong understanding of battery chemistry, materials science, and electrochemistry
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and project management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about sustainability and innovation in the automotive and energy storage industries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills

• Proficiency in battery testing and characterization techniques
• Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and quality control

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
