Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new lithium battery technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test energy storage systems
- Contribute to research and development projects aimed at advancing sustainable transportation
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the electric vehicle and energy storage sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in battery technology or related fields
- Strong understanding of battery chemistry, materials science, and electrochemistry
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Passionate about sustainability and innovation in the automotive and energy storage industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills
- Proficiency in battery testing and characterization techniques
- Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and quality control
- Experience with computational modeling and simulation tools
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
