Customer Value Specialist (On-site 5 Days)

About the role

Phenom is an AI‑powered talent experience platform that helps companies attract, engage, and retain top talent. The Customer Value Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, and ensure they receive maximum value from Phenom’s products and services. This is an onsite role, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and drive retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions aligned with client goals.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on Phenom’s products and services, delivering guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records and documentation in the CRM system.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to product and development teams.
• Review customer metrics and improve retention across a large portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and driving satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Expected salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (subject to change in accordance with Phenom’s policies).
