About the role

The Customer Trust Lead will oversee the implementation and management of trust initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer trust is maintained and enhanced through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trust strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in trust
  • Manage third-party vendors and partners who interact with customers to ensure compliance with trust standards
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of trust processes and systems
  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into trust initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of customer trust principles and best practices
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data privacy laws
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
