About the role
The Customer Trust Lead will oversee the implementation and management of trust initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer trust is maintained and enhanced through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trust strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in trust
- Manage third-party vendors and partners who interact with customers to ensure compliance with trust standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of trust processes and systems
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into trust initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
