Customer Training Manager
Strategy Development
You will support the sales, implementation, and customer support teams by developing a successful training and implementation strategy for EGYM products (the EGYM ecosystem).
Scalable Training
You will evaluate, develop, and execute scalable training material and programs to promote and support growth in the North American market.
Staff Coaching
You will prepare product training and implementation materials and coach customer leadership and facility staff on-site.
Event Collaboration
You will collaborate with the sales and events teams to provide support with events, demonstrations, trade shows, concept training courses and training events.
Content Creation
You will collaborate with the Eduportal and Content Management teams to create, deliver, and manage up to date elearning content.
Remote Training
You will prepare and provide remote training sessions (via phone and video conferencing) with all levels of a customer organization.
Impact Assessment
You will assess the impact of each training session for performance and customer satisfaction.
Analytics Reporting
You will provide Training Department analytics and report information to the Customer Success Department.
Training Recaps
You will provide internal and external training recaps to appropriate colleagues and identify opportunities for improvement of training delivery.
Industry Expertise
- You have at least two years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Athletic Trainer, or similar experience within the fitness industry.
- You have hands-on experience in developing and managing a curriculum, interactive learning activities and Learning Management Software.
- A current Personal Training Certification is a plus.

Travel
You are ok with traveling up to 75% of the time. This includes domestic and international travel. Passport is required and must be maintained for the duration of employment.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Product Mastery: Complete full immersion into the EGYM product ecosystem. Achieve internal certification on all hardware, software, and user-facing apps.
- Independent On-Site Coaching: Own the end-to-end preparation, implementation, and execution of at least 3 on-site customer staff coaching events.
- Event Readiness: Partner with the sales and events teams to fully prep for an upcoming trade show, demo event, or concept training course.

Your fitness level: You are located in the US and have experience traveling for previous roles. Preferred location: Southern part of the United States.
Pay
An annual salary of $60,000 - $75,000.
