Job Description
As our Customer Support Technician III for the Data Center Cooling service team, you will work directly with the customer to provide troubleshooting support on Nortek’s catalog of systems. This requires an extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic, mechanical, or digital controls systems.
You will provide white-glove service, guidance, and technical expertise to end users, commissioning teams, and sales representatives. If unable to give immediate resolution, you must be able to coordinate solutions with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals is a must
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed internal and external customer expectations
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
- Strong communication skills with peers as well as clients, both oral as well as written
- Ability to travel on occasion
Preferred
- BA/BS
- Familiarity with BIM360 and/or Procore
- Previous experience with software, to include: Smartsheet, Infor/CSI, Autodesk Vault, Solid Works
