Responsible for providing high-quality customer support services through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Train new team members on support procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
