Customer Support Supervisor
About the role
The Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for supervising the order fulfillment and customer support processes at assigned branch locations, including executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through order fulfillment, may include project coordination, service coordination, warehouse and delivery functions. They assist in identifying, developing, and implementing programs, policies, and procedures that support total customer satisfaction, company profitability, and market share growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise order fulfillment and customer support processes at assigned branch locations
- Execute standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience
- Coordinate projects, services, warehouses, and deliveries
- Aid in the development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
Requirements
- Experience managing a customer service or order fulfillment team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles

Pay
The targeted salary range for this role is $66,000 - $80,000. The total compensation package may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus.
Schedule
This is a full-time hybrid role that works 3 days at the Geneva IL office and up to 2 days remotely.
