  • Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for AI tool usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience providing customer support for AI tools or platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to AI models or APIs.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, actionable terms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools (preferred).
