Role: Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies. Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service, explaining loan products and payment options clearly.Evaluate vehicles, process loan applications, manage customer accounts, and handle data entry accurately.Make courtesy reminder calls and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
